Quarterly Engagement Surveys
Four times a year, we ask for feedback from our employees through anonymous engagement surveys. We’ve maintained over 75% engagement* on these surveys since introducing them in 2019, and we continue to see high ratings in areas like strong management, diversity and belonging, company purpose, and role expectations.
Tailored Guidance
Through yearly offsites, leadership coaching, and 360 performance reviews twice a year, we aim to provide clear, actionable feedback and development so our team members can continue growing into new opportunities.
Bossa ID
Formed in 2020, Bossa ID is an employee-led committee aimed at acknowledging, celebrating, and educating about diversity in all its forms. The committee supports the company in running internal special events and communications throughout the year, as well as informing our retail stores of opportunities to bring awareness to diversity.
